These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the User", "you", "your") and k2222 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online betting and gaming services available at k2222.bio. All financial transactions on k2222 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). The following payment methods are currently supported for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. k2222 does not accept payments from third-party accounts — all deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name, and all withdrawals will be processed back to the same verified payment account.

Deposits:

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳200
• Maximum deposit amount: As specified in your account settings or as communicated by support
• Deposits are credited to your k2222 balance instantly upon successful confirmation from the payment provider
• k2222 does not charge fees on deposits, however your mobile wallet provider may apply standard transaction fees

Withdrawals:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500
• Withdrawals are processed to your verified mobile wallet only

• Standard withdrawal processing time is approximately 5 minutes for verified accounts; in some cases processing may take up to 24 hours
• k2222 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests, which may extend the processing time

k2222 is not responsible for delays or failures in payment processing caused by mobile wallet service outages, maintenance windows, or technical issues on the part of third-party payment providers. In such circumstances, k2222 will endeavour to resolve the issue promptly and will communicate the status to affected users.

k2222 offers a range of bonuses, promotional credits, free bets, and cashback offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms which will be published alongside each individual promotion. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses unless explicitly stated otherwise in a promotion's specific terms:

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as real money. The applicable wagering multiple will be stated in each promotion's terms. Until wagering requirements are met, bonus funds are not withdrawable.

All bets placed on k2222 are subject to the platform's general betting rules as well as sport-specific and game-specific rules applicable to each market. By placing a bet, you confirm that you understand and accept the applicable rules.

• Bet Acceptance: All bets are subject to acceptance by k2222. A bet is not confirmed until you receive a bet reference number and confirmation on screen. k2222 reserves the right to decline or limit any bet at its sole discretion.
• Minimum and Maximum Stakes: Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all markets and are displayed within the betting interface at the time of placing a bet. These limits may vary by market, event, and account status.
• Errors and Obvious Mistakes: k2222 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were published due to a manifest error or technical fault. In such cases, the original stake will be returned to your account.
• In-Play Betting: In-play (live) bets are accepted subject to live pricing availability. k2222 does not guarantee the continuous availability of live betting markets and may suspend or remove markets at any time without notice.
• Results and Settlement: Bets will be settled based on official results as determined by the relevant governing body (e.g., BCB for Bangladesh cricket, FIFA for football). In the event of a dispute about the official result, k2222's determination shall be final, subject to the complaints procedure below.
• Void Bets: A bet may be declared void if an event is abandoned, postponed beyond a defined threshold, or if other exceptional circumstances arise as defined in the sport-specific rules. Stake amounts for void bets are returned to the player's account.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the k2222 platform. Any user found to have engaged in prohibited conduct may have their account suspended or permanently closed, their winnings voided, their balance confiscated, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, verification, or at any other time
• Operating more than one account on the k2222 platform, whether under the same or a different identity
• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any other technology to gain an unfair advantage over the platform or other users
• Colluding with other players, including but not limited to chip-dumping in poker, coordinated betting strategies, or sharing of inside information
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to obtain winnings that would not otherwise have been achievable under normal operating conditions
• Using the platform in connection with any money-laundering, terrorist financing, or other criminal activity
• Attempting to circumvent any security, verification, or account limit measures implemented by k2222
• Accessing the platform using a VPN, proxy, or any other technology to disguise your true location or identity
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts, damages, or interferes with the operation of the k2222 platform or its servers
• Attempting to access any part of the platform for which you do not have authorisation

k2222 employs advanced fraud detection technology and manual review processes to identify prohibited conduct. Detection of any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account action without prior warning.

All content on the k2222 platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, game software, interface design, and source code, is the intellectual property of k2222 or its licensed content providers, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for your personal, non-commercial recreational use in accordance with these Terms.
